…. The real point of writing, however, is to thank you and Robert Smith (who made the first contact) and Fraser & Fraser in general for the tactful and professional manner with which you have dealt with the case. Until Robert Smith rang my doorbell, I simply had no idea that my Mother (who died when I was 4 years of age) had any brothers or sisters. That she did raises a number of questions, the answers to which are probably not to be found after all these years.

The money is, of course, most welcome. More valuable in many ways are the family tree and documentation which gives me back some of my history.
