Ewart worked for Westminster City Council as a Registrar of
Marriages for seven years. During this time he enjoyed doing
historical searches in the archives. Ewart had a lot of contact
with Fraser & Fraser staff as part of this daily job and
realised that probate research would make a fascinating career
for him.
