Background:
Andrew Fraser has been studiously working behind the scenes at Fraser & Fraser since 2001 and is now a Partner of the firm. Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He brings with him a wealth of experience in property management, and is able to deal with all aspects of the deceased's property in intestacy cases, and is often personally appointed to handle the administration of estates. His work includes examining belongings of the deceased and advising on the structural condition of the property, as well as dealing with local authorities/estate agents as necessary.
